These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of codefrontstudio.com (the "Site") and any products purchased through it. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

CodeFront Studio is operated by Muhammad Ali Usman, an individual developer. You can reach us at codefrontgames@gmail.com.

2. What we sell

We build and sell digital developer tools, including but not limited to scripts, browser extensions, and software utilities (each, a "Product"). Products are sold as digital goods, delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment involved.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Our Products are sold as recurring monthly subscriptions unless otherwise stated on the specific Product's page. All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), acting as merchant of record. This means your transaction and billing relationship is legally with Paddle, not directly with CodeFront Studio — they handle billing, sales tax/VAT, payment security, and subscription management on our behalf. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time, with notice, for future billing cycles.

3a. Auto-renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, unless otherwise stated) until cancelled. You will be charged the then-current subscription price at the start of each new billing cycle.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle's customer portal (linked in your purchase confirmation email) or by contacting us directly. Cancelling stops future billing — you'll retain access to the Product until the end of your current paid billing period, after which access ends. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods outside of the guarantee described below.

If a renewal payment fails (e.g., an expired card), we or Paddle may retry the charge and will notify you; your access may be paused until payment is resolved.

4. Refund policy

Refunds are issued through Paddle and may take a few business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider. If you're located in the EU/EEA, you may also have a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law, as reflected in Paddle's own checkout process.

5. License to use our Products

For as long as your subscription remains active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own personal or business purposes, unless otherwise stated on the specific Product's page. This license ends when your subscription ends or is cancelled. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage our Products as your own.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our Products for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute a Product beyond the license granted
• Use our Products in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or any third-party systems

7. Intellectual property

All Products, code, designs, and content on this Site are the intellectual property of CodeFront Studio unless otherwise noted, and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchasing a Product grants you a license to use it, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

8. No warranty

Our Products are provided "as is" and "as available." While we build things carefully and stand behind our 30-day guarantee, we don't guarantee that any Product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for every specific use case. You're encouraged to review a Product's description carefully before purchasing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeFront Studio's total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Products.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, revoke a license, or discontinue a Product at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable local consumer protection laws (such as those in the EU/EEA) provide additional rights that cannot be waived.
